I provide both short and long-term psychotherapy, and draw from a blend of approaches to suit your individual needs. I am an active and integrative therapist who uses elements of Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and solution-focused approaches to help you reach your goals.  Family and couples sessions are also offered when appropriate.
